There are a hundred ways you can go in as an E-3 AND an E4.

As an E3, yes - an AA/AS degree, the equivalent amount of college credit,
getting someone (or two people) to join with you, etc. About a third of
the guys in my training battery were PFC's.

There were only three E4's in that same battery - because all of us had
bachelor's degrees.

Being a four-and-out Navyboy, you don't know jack about the Army. Stop

On the rare occasion that Xnews gets FUBARed on me, I just delete the
.newsrc and .Xnewsrc files in the Xnews directory and start over.
